How to use CBD? There’s a plethora of information online suggesting how best to use and consume CBD products. Tip 1 – Consistency when using CBD

Nadezhda says – Many people start taking CBD and stop fairly quickly because they are looking for an immediate fix. You can get an immediate sense of calm and relaxation within 30 mins to an hour after taking CBD, however the key to feeling better longer term is consistency.

In order to really experience the benefits of CBD oil, it is best to include it as part of your health and wellness, 3 times per day for at least 30 days. It’s very important to measure how you feel when you first start taking CBD, for example depressed, sad, intense pain in the knee, then measure the same things again at the end of the 30 day period, you should witness a marked improvement.
In your second month, you can explore higher/lower strengths and increase/decrease the amount of CBD you take in order to find your perfect dosage.
As always, wellbeing does not exist in a vacuum and we also recommend:
-making changes to your diet
-including a daily exercise regime (this could be a 20 minute walk)
creating some time for inner reflection (meditation or silent time to yourself).

Tip 2 – Using CBD in food 

Joelle says – The easiest way for me to incorporate CBD into my life is by adding it into my drinks. It’s fairly easy to add it to just about anything, so I will usually drop some in my morning cup of tea.
Personally I have two bottles, one in the kitchen and one in my bag for when I’m on the move. I get overwhelmed in situations easily, so carrying it around with me has become a great way to get a quick intake of calm, reassurance and comfort.

Tip 3 –  Using CBD as a sleep aid

Leilah says – The way I incorporate CBD into my wellness routine is by taking it before bed. I find that even if I’m tired, often my mind starts to race just before bed. So I’ve gotten into the practice of taking my CBD, having a bath with Epsom salts, and lighting incense at the end of a long day to let my body know it’s time to rest and relax. 
Alternatively, after a bath I like to use the massage oils  on my skin, it helps to fully relax my muscles and puts me straight to sleep.


Tip 4- Using CBD in sports recovery 

Lorenzo says – My recommendation would be to use the CBD oils for muscle recovery, especially for people who workout quite often.
Recent studies have shown that CBD oil can help relieve muscle soreness and CBD is known for its healing properties reducing muscle pain, bodily aches and inflammation. My top tip would be to take it immediately after a workout to repair muscle fibre breaks, and aiding in muscle recovery. 


Tip 5 – Use CBD to introduce a sense of calm 

Candice says – I find it really helpful to use CBD as one of the tools in my wellness box to keep me feeling calm throughout the day and to help me stay in a more balanced state. I will usually have it first thing in the morning, then I journal and say my affirmations to start the day off on a positive note. Having CBD first thing in the morning helps introduce some mindfulness into my day and I notice it’s easier to concentrate throughout the rest of the day. My next intake will usually be around lunch time and then finally, at the end of the workday before I go for a walk, to finish my day relaxed and at ease.
